Paddle Events

Paddle triggers different platform events to communicate changes in your account. Find below the list of events supported by Rower.

Payment Success

Paddle fires this event when a payment is made into your Paddle account

Payment Refunded

Paddle fires this event when a payment is refunded

Dispute Created

Paddle fires this event when a dispute/chargeback is created for one of your transactions

Dispute Closed

Paddle fires this event when a dispute/chargeback is case closed or completed for one of your transactions. This means the dispute case is accepted or the final won/lost outcome has been delivered by the bank

Subscription Created

Paddle fires this event when a new subscription is created, and a user has successfully subscribed

Subscription Updated

Paddle fires this event when a subscription changes (e.g. a customer changes plan via upgrade or downgrade)

Subscription Cancelled

Paddle fires this event when a subscription is cancelled/ended

Subscription Payment Success

Paddle fires this event when a payment for a subscription is received successfully

Subscription Payment Failed

Paddle fires this event when a payment for a subscription fails

Subscription Payment Refunded

Paddle fires this event when a refund for a subscription payment is issued

New Audience Member

Paddle fires this event when a customer opts in to receive marketing communication from you

Update Audience Member

Paddle fires this event when the information of an audience member is updated

High Risk Transaction Created

Paddle fires this event when a transaction is flagged as high risk. Flagged transactions are handled by a member of Paddle's buyer support team within 12 hours

High Risk Transaction Updated

Paddle fires this event when Paddle's buyer support team approves or rejects a flagged transaction

Order Processing Completed

Paddle fires this event when an order is created after a successful payment event.
