- Will I be charged when my 14-day trial is up?
- No. We don’t ask for a credit card to try Rower, so we can't charge you.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No, Rower is a no-code tool. You do everything using the User Interface.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Of course! There's an easy-to-find button on your account settings page.
- What happens If I exceed the limits of my existing plan tier?
- We won't stop processing your data. We'll email you once you reach 80% of your limit, so you have time to react.
